Abstract
El presente da a conocer un proceso ventajoso y eficaz para la concentración de minerales de hierro que puede ser completamente seco o mixto, siendo parte del proceso en seco, parte por vía húmeda, de manera tal que mejora la eficiencia general del proceso al obtener mayor recuperación en las plantas concentradoras y prolongar la vida útil de las minas. Reivindicación 1: Proceso de concentración de mineral de hierro con circuito de pulverización, deslamado en seco y concentración en seco, caracterizado porque el proceso comprende los pasos de: a) triturar un mineral, b) pulverizar en seco dicho mineral triturado en el paso a), c) deslamar en seco dicho mineral pulverizado en el paso b), d) separar magnéticamente dicho mineral deslamado en el paso c) que resulta en un producto concentrado y un desecho que es separado. Reivindicación 7: Proceso de concentración de mineral de hierro con circuito de pulverización en seco, deslamado en seco y concentración mixta (seca y húmeda), caracterizado porque dicho proceso se aplica a la concentración de minerales de hierro con un paso de pulverización que usualmente se utiliza para menas con tamaños de liberación gruesos y en donde el proceso comprende los pasos de: a) triturar un mineral, b) pulverizar en seco dicho mineral triturado en el paso a), c) deslamar en seco dicho mineral pulverizado en el paso b), d) agregar agua a dicho mineral deslamado en el paso c), e) paso de flotación que resulta en un desecho que es separado, f) paso de filtración para obtener un producto concentrado.
