Abstract

Un proceso de trituración de material vegetal oleaginoso que incluye precalentar y secar previamente el material para generar un material vegetal oleaginoso caliente, parcialmente secado. La superficie del material parcialmente secado puede entonces calentarse rápidamente, para generar un material caliente y secado que tiene un hollejo debilitado y no adherente. El hollejo se puede luego romper mecánicamente y quitar para producir un material vegetal oleaginoso descascarado y hollejo. El material descascarado se puede descamar para producir escamas. Se puede extraer el solvente de las escamas para generar aceite cargado con solvente y harina cargada con solvente. Se puede extraer el solvente de la harina cargada con solvente producida para generar harina húmeda, caliente. La harina húmeda producida se puede secar para generar una corriente de vapor caliente. La corriente de vapor caliente generada secando la harina se condensa en un condensador. El medio líquido caliente producido en el condensador se puede usar para precalentar y/o secar previamente el material vegetal oleaginoso.
