Abstract
Composiciones nutricionales pediátricas que comprenden una fuente proteica que comprende una proteína intacta de la leche y una proteína de la leche parcialmente hidrolizada, en donde de 5% hasta 25% del contenido total de nitrógeno de la composición es nitrógeno no-proteico. Las composiciones nutricionales pediátricas aquí descritas también comprenden una fuente de grasa y una fuente de carbohidrato. La fuente de proteína parcialmente hidrolizada, en ciertas formas de realización, provee péptidos que tienen una estructura y función similar a los péptidos que se encuentran en la leche humana. Reivindicación 12: La composición de la reivindicación 10, en donde la proteína de la leche parcialmente hidrolizada comprende péptidos de b-caseína, a-S1-caseína, k-caseína, a-lactoalbúmina, b-lactoglobulina, IL-2, TGF-b, IGF-1, GLYCAM-1, SPDR proteína, y combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 13: La composición nutricional de la reivindicación 12, en donde la proteína de la leche parcialmente hidrolizada comprende por lo menos un péptido que contiene una secuencia seleccionada del grupo que consiste de SEC ID Nº 1, SEC ID Nº 2, SEC ID Nº 3, SEC ID Nº 4, SEC ID Nº 5, SEC ID Nº 6, SEC ID Nº 7, SEC ID Nº 8, y SEC ID Nº 9. Reivindicación 19: La composición de la reivindicación 1, que además comprende un prebiótico. Reivindicación 20: La composición de la reivindicación 1, que además comprende una fuente de ácido docosahexaenoico.
