Abstract
Se proporciona una composición de enjuague bucal que comprende un copolímero de fosfato / acrilato y un portador oralmente aceptable y métodos para utilizar los mismos. Reivindicación 2: La composición de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la composición comprende 0.1% en peso hasta 10% en peso del copolímero fosfato / acrilato. Reivindicación 3: La composición de conformidad con la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque la composición comprende 0.01 hasta 30% en peso de policarboxilato lineal aniónico sintético. Reivindicación 4: La composición de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque el policarboxilato lineal aniónico sintético es un copolímero de anhídrido o ácido maleico y éter de metil vinilo. Reivindicación 11: La composición de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque comprende una sal de zinc, o un mono-, di- o trihidrato de una sal de zinc. Reivindicación 12: La composición de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque comprende al menos una sal de zinc elegida de trihidrato de citrato de zinc, cloruro de zinc, y lactato de zinc. Reivindicación 15: La composición de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque comprende: copolímero fosfato / acrilato en una cantidad desde 0.4% hasta 2.4%; policarboxilatos lineales aniónicos sintéticos en una cantidad desde 0.01% hasta 2%; una sal de zinc en una cantidad desde 0.01% hasta 2%; y una o más sales de pirofosfato en una cantidad agregada desde 0.1% hasta 3%. Reivindicación 16: Un método para el tratamiento e/o inhibición de una mancha química, placa, erosión ácida, y/o sarro en una superficie dental, caracterizado porque comprende poner en contacto la superficie dental con una composición de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores. Reivindicación 18: Un método para el tratamiento e/o inhibición de enfermedad de las encías, caracterizado porque comprende poner en contacto la cavidad oral con una composición de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 15.
