Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Anticuerpo biespecífico que se une al receptor de muerte 5 (DR5) y a la proteína de activación fibroblástica (FAP), que comprende por lo menos un sitio de unión a antígeno específico para DR5, que comprende: (a) una región determinante de complementariedad 1 (CDR1) de cadena pesada seleccionada de entre el grupo que consiste de SEC ID nº 1, nº 17 y nº 75, (b) una región determinante de complementariedad 2 (CDR2) de cadena pesada seleccionada de entre el grupo de SEC ID nº 2, nº 18, nº 25 y nº 83, (c) una región determinante de complementariedad 3 (CDR3) de cadena pesada seleccionada de entre el grupo de SEC ID nº 3, nº 19, nº 84, nº 96, nº 98, nº 104 y nº 108, (d) una CDR1 de cadena ligera seleccionada de entre el grupo de SEC ID nº 4, nº 20, nº 27 y nº 86, (e) una CDR2 de cadena ligera seleccionada de entre el grupo de SEC ID nº 5, nº 21 y nº 28, y (f) una CDR3 de cadena ligera seleccionada de entre el grupo de SEC ID nº 6, nº 22, nº 87, nº 99, nº 105, nº 109 y nº 97, y por lo menos un sitio de unión a antígeno específico para FAP, que comprende(a) una CDR1 de cadena pesada seleccionada de entre el grupo de SEC ID nº 9 y nº 33, (b) una CDR2 de cadena pesada seleccionada de entre el grupo de SEC ID nº 10 y nº 34, (c) una CDR3 de cadena pesada seleccionada de entre el grupo de SEC ID nº 11 y nº 35, (d) una CDR1 de cadena ligera seleccionada de entre el grupo de SEC ID nº 12 y nº 36, (e) una CDR2 de cadena ligera seleccionada de entre el grupo de SEC ID nº 13 y nº 37, (f) una CDR3 de cadena ligera seleccionada de entre el grupo de SEC ID nº 14 y nº 38. Reivindicación 31: Composición farmacéutica que comprende un anticuerpo biespecífico según las reivindicaciones 1 a 26 ó el anticuerpo según las reivindicaciones 27 a 30. Reivindicación 37: Secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que comprende una secuencia codificante de una cadena pesada de un anticuerpo biespecífico según las reivindicaciones 1 a 26 ó la cadena pesada de un anticuerpo según las reivindicaciones 27 a 30. Reivindicación 41: Método para producir un anticuerpo, que comprende cultivar la célula huésped según la reivindicación 40 de manera que se produce el anticuerpo.
