Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1), o alguna de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptable, caracterizado porque: R¹ se selecciona de C(O)NH(OH) y -N(OH)C(O)R⁴; R² es arilo, heteroarilo y heterocicloalquilo, cada uno de los cuales está opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 3 sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados de halógeno, alquilo, cicloalquilo, halógeno-alquilo, hidroxilo, alcoxi y nitrilo; X está ausente o X se selecciona de -O-, -NR⁶- y -[C(R⁷R⁸)]ₚ-; R³ se selecciona de hidrógeno, alquilo, cicloalquilo, heterocicloalquilo, arilo, heteroarilo, aralquilo y heteroaralquilo, cada uno de los cuales está opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 3 sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados de halógeno, -CONRᵇRᶜ, alquilo, alquilo sustituido con -NRᵇRᶜ, cicloalquilo, halógeno-alquilo, hidroxilo, alcoxi, halógeno-alcoxi, alcoxi sustituido con -NRᵇRᶜ, arilo, heteroarilo y nitrilo; R⁴ se selecciona de hidrógeno, alquilo inferior y halógeno-alquilo inferior; cada vez que aparece, R⁵ se selecciona independientemente de halógeno, alquilo inferior, halógeno-alquilo inferior e hidroxilo; o R³ considerado junto con R⁵, y cualesquiera átomos intermedios, forman un anillo de heterocicloalquilo o cicloalquilo de 3 a 7 miembros; m y m se seleccionan independientemente de 1, 2 y 3, con la condición de que m + m £ 4; n se selecciona de 0, 1, 2 y 3; p se selecciona de 1 y 2; R⁶ se selecciona de hidrógeno, alquilo inferior, cicloalquilo y halógeno-alquilo inferior; y cada vez que aparecen, R⁷ y R⁸ se selecciona cada uno independientemente de hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo inferior y halógeno-alquilo inferior, Rᵇ se selecciona de H, alquilo C₁₋₆, arilo y heteroarilo; y Rᶜ se selecciona de hidrógeno y alquilo C₁₋₄; o Rᵇ y Rᶜ, y el nitrógeno al que están unidos forman un grupo heterocicloalquilo; y para Rᵇ y Rᶜ, cada alquilo C₁₋₆, cicloalquilo, arilo, heterocicloalquilo y heteroarilo está no sustituido o sustituido con uno o más sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados de alquilo C₁₋₄, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, arilo, heteroarilo, aril-(alquilo C₁₋₄)-, heteroaril-(alquilo C₁₋₄)-, halógeno-alquilo C₁₋₄-, -O-alquilo C₁₋₄, -O(alquil C₁₋₄)fenilo, -(alquil C₁₋₄)-OH, -(alquil C₁₋₄)-O-(alquilo C₁₋₄), -O-halógeno-alquilo C₁₋₄, halógeno, -OH, -NH₂, -(alquil C₁₋₄)-NH₂, -N(alquilo C₁₋₄)(alquilo C₁₋₄), -NH(alquilo C₁₋₄), -N(alquilo C₁₋₄)((alquil C₁₋₄)fenilo), -NH((alquil C₁₋₄)fenilo), ciano, nitro, oxo (como un sustituyente para heteroarilo), CO₂H, C(O)O(alquilo C₁₋₄), CON(alquilo C₁₋₄)(alquilo C₁₋₄), CONH(alquilo C₁₋₄), CONH₂, -NHC(O)(alquilo C₁₋₄), -NHC(O)(fenilo), -N(alquil C₁₋₄)C(O)(alquilo C₁₋₄), -N(alquil C₁₋₄)C(O)(fenilo), C(O)(alquilo C₁₋₄), C(O)(alquil C₁₋₄)fenilo, C(O)(halógeno-alquilo C₁₋₄), -OC(O)(alquilo C₁₋₄), -SO₂(alquilo C₁₋₄), -SO₂(fenilo), -SO₂(halógeno-alquilo C₁₋₄), -SO₂NH₂, -SO₂NH(alquilo C₁₋₄), -SO₂NH(fenilo), -NHSO₂(alquilo C₁₋₄), -NHSO₂(fenilo) y -NHSO₂(halógeno-alquilo C₁₋₄).
