Abstract

La presente se refiere a una composición porosa que comprende grasa, sal e hidrocoloides. Estas composiciones se pueden usar como cubos de caldo y tienen la ventaja de que son fuertes y aún se disuelven bien. El hidrocoloide puede actuar como espesante cuando se prepara un caldo. Reivindicación 5: Una composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque la sal inorgánica comprende cloruro de sodio y/o cloruro de potasio, y preferentemente la cantidad de sal inorgánica oscila entre 40% y 90% en peso de la composición. Reivindicación 6: Una composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque el hidrocoloide comprende por lo menos un compuesto elegido entre el grupo que consiste en goma xantano, goma de algarroba, goma guar y goma konjac.
