Abstract
La presente aplicación se refiere generalmente al uso de cisteína proteasas en el pretratamiento de agua que reduce o elimina la ruptura enzimática prematura de los fluidos de inyección de polisacáridos. Las enzimas de plantas pueden usarse como un método control para interrumpir las capacidades de las bacterias para interactuar y destruir las polisacaridasas y otras enzimas que pueden romper prematuramente los fluido de fracturación y otros agentes biológicos espesantes. Las posibles enzimas provienen de un grupo de proteínas conocidas como cistina endopeptidasas tales como bromelina, papaína, calpaína, y ficaína, y similares.
