Abstract

Un método para operar un hidrociclon que comprende una cámara de separacion la cual, en uso, está dispuesta para generar un nucleo interno de aire para afectar el proceso de separacion del material, que comprende medir ambos, un parámetro vibracional de la cámara de separacion y un parámetro de estabilidad del nucleo interno de aire durante la operacion del hidrociclon. Las mediciones se comparan contra parámetros correspondientes, predefinidos, los que son indicadores de operacion estable del hidrociclon y se ajusta un parámetro operacional del hidrociclon dependiendo de la comparacion.
