Abstract
La presente se refiere a composiciones que tienen un efecto antifúngico, así como de los alimentos y bebidas que contienen dichas composiciones. La presente se refiere también a un método para conservar alimentos y bebidas que contienen la adición de las composiciones de la presente para el producto alimenticio, o bebida. Reivindicación 1: Una composición que contiene tres compuestos seleccionados del grupo que consiste de ácido 2-metilhexanoico, ácido geránico, ácido sórbico, ácido benzoico, ácido propanoico y extracto de semilla de malagueta.
