Abstract

Un aditivo contra el depósito y una suspensión acuosa que reduce el depósito y/o la corrosión que contiene un material que comprende carbonato de calcio. En particular, un método para la producción de una suspensión acuosa que comprende por lo menos un polímero de tipo peine aniónicamente cargado como agente contra el depósito y/o corrosión en una suspensión acuosa que comprende un material que contiene carbonato de calcio. Reivindicación 1: Un método para la producción de una suspensión acuosa que reduce el depósito y/o la corrosión, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a) proporcionar un material que contiene carbonato de calcio; b) proporcionar agua; c) proporcionar por lo menos un polímero de tipo peine aniónicamente cargado, donde por lo menos un polímero de tipo peine aniónicamente cargado tiene una carga específica de -10 C/g a -250 C/g a pH 8; y d) poner en contacto el material que contiene carbonato de calcio de la etapa a) con el agua de la etapa b); e) poner en contacto el polímero de la etapa c) con el material que contiene carbonato de calcio antes y/o después de la etapa d), o durante la etapa d); donde por lo menos un polímero de tipo peine aniónicamente cargado se agrega en una cantidad tal que la conductividad de la suspensión acuosa obtenida es inferior a 500 mS/cm a 25ºC. Reivindicación 6: El método de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque por lo menos un polímero de tipo peine aniónicamente cargado comprende unidades estructurales de la fórmula (1) en donde R¹, R², R³ R⁴, R⁵ y R⁶ se seleccionan de manera independiente de: hidrógeno o grupos alquilo, que tienen, preferentemente, C₁₋₄; X es un grupo funcional negativamente cargado; Y representa un grupo de unión funcional, que se selecciona de manera independiente del grupo que consiste en éter, éster y amida; Z es un grupo funcional positivamente cargado; R⁷ y R⁸ se seleccionan de manera independiente de hidrógeno o grupos alquilo C₁₋₄; R⁹ se selecciona de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo C₁₋₄₀; a, b, c y d son números enteros que tienen un valor de 5 a 150, y por lo menos uno de a, b, c ó d tiene un valor superior a 0; y n, m y o se selecciona de modo tal que el polímero aniónicamente cargado tiene una carga específica de -10 C/g a -250 C/g a pH 8.
