Abstract
Se describe un dispositivo de inyección (1) para administrar una dosis de un medicamento (M) que comprende un portador (7) adaptado para contener una jeringa (3) que tiene una aguja hueca de inyección (4) y un tapón (6), un resorte de impulso (8), un émbolo (9) adaptado para reenviar carga del resorte de impulso (8) al tapón; y un componente de ruido (28) adaptado para generar una reacción audible y/o táctil mediante el impacto de un componente del dispositivo de inyección (1) cuando el tapón (4) se encuentra en un extremo proximal de la jeringa (3). En un primer estado, un brazo elástico (30) sobre el émbolo (9) es mantenido en acoplamiento con el componente de ruido (28) por el portador (7). En un segundo estado, el brazo (30) se desacopla del componente de ruido (28) y se desvía por lo menos parcialmente adentro de una abertura (7.22) en el portador (7).
