Abstract
Aleaciones de aluminio para usar en un proceso de fabricación de extrusión por impacto para crear recipientes de una forma dada y otros artículos manufacturados. En una materialización se utilizan mezclas de chatarra de aluminio reciclada conjuntamente con aluminio relativamente puro para crear composiciones que se pueden producir y dar forma en un proceso que no sea perjudicial para el medio ambiente, Otras materializaciones incluyen métodos para fabricar un material de tarugos que comprende aluminio reciclado para uso en el proceso de extrusión por impacto. Reivindicación 1: Una aleación de aluminio usada en un proceso de extrusión por impacto para formar un recipiente metálico, donde la aleación de aluminio caracterizado porque comprende: al menos aproximadamente 97% en peso de Al; al menos aproximadamente 0,10% en peso de Si; al menos aproximadamente 0,25% en peso de Fe; al menos aproximadamente 0,05% en peso de Cu; al menos aproximadamente 0,07% en peso de Mn; y al menos aproximadamente 0,05% en peso de Mg. Reivindicación 8: Un proceso para fabricar un recipiente a partir de un tarugo en un proceso de fabricación de extrusión por impacto utilizando materiales de chatarra reciclados, caracterizado porque el proceso comprende: proporcionar un metal de chatarra que comprende al menos una de entre una aleación de aluminio 3104, 3004, 3003, 3103, 3013 y 3105; mezclar dicha al menos una de dichas aleaciones de aluminio 3104, 3004, 3003, 3013, 3103 y 3105 con una aleación de aluminio relativamente pura para crear una aleación de aluminio reciclada; agregar un material de boruro de titanio a dicha aleación de aluminio reciclada; formar un tarugo con dicha aleación de aluminio reciclada después de la mezcla; y deformar dicho tarugo que comprende dicha aleación de aluminio reciclada en una forma preferida en un proceso de extrusión por impacto para crear un recipiente de una forma dada. Reivindicación 11: Un método para formar un tarugo metálico de aluminio para usar en un proceso de extrusión por impacto utilizando materiales de chatarra de aluminio reciclada, caracterizado porque comprende: proporcionar un material de chatarra de aluminio que comprende una aleación con al menos aproximadamente 98,5% en peso de aluminio; agregar una aleación de aluminio relativamente puro con dicho material de chatarra de aluminio; fundir dicha aleación de aluminio relativamente puro con dicho material de chatarra de aluminio en un horno indirecto para formar una aleación reciclada; moldear dicha aleación reciclada en una máquina de moldeado para formar una placa de aleación de aluminio de un espesor predeterminado; laminar en caliente dicha placa de aleación de aluminio para reducir el espesor y crear una tira laminada en caliente; enfriar rápidamente dicha tira laminada en caliente en una solución acuosa para reducir la temperatura de dicha tira laminada en caliente y formar una tira de aleación; laminar en frío dicha tira de aleación para reducir aún más el espesor predeterminado; punzar dicha tira de aleación para formar tarugos de aleación de aluminio reciclada; recocer dichos tarugos de aleación de aluminio reciclada calentando dichos tarugos de aleación de aluminio reciclada a una temperatura predeterminada y posteriormente enfriarlos; y terminar dichos tarugos de aleación de aluminio reciclada creando una superficie externa áspera para formar un área superficial grande.
