Abstract

La presente se refiere a un método para producir una bebida alcohólica mediante fermentación, de aroma y sabor a maracuyá y pomelo, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: proveer una corriente de gas que contiene sulfuro de hidrógeno, hacer burbujear la corriente de gas que contiene sulfuro de hidrógeno en jugo de uva y/o fracciones derivadas del jugo de uva antes de la inoculación con levaduras y/o durante la fermentación. La bebida alcohólica obtenida a través del método se puede seleccionar del grupo integrado por vinos, cervezas y licores. Con mayor preferencia, la bebida alcohólica es un vino Sauvignon Blanc.
