Abstract

Un producto de confitería congelado que comprende un núcleo que consiste de un dulce congelado, en donde el núcleo está recubierto con una capa flexible congelada de gel comestible, caracterizado porque la capa de gel se proporciona con al menos una línea de corte que se extiende en espiral sobre la capa de gel, dicha línea de corte permite desprender la capa de gel en una espiral. Además, un aparato para fabricar el mismo, y un dispositivo de corte para su uso en dicho método.
