Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un producto de confitería congelada que comprende un núcleo que consiste de un producto de confitería congelada, en el que el núcleo se recubre con una capa de gel comestible congelado flexible, caracterizado porque a capa de gel está provista de al menos una línea de corte que se extiende en espiral sobre la capa de gel, dicha línea de corte que permite desprender la capa de gel en forma de espiral. Además, se refiere a un un aparato para fabricar la misma, y a un dispositivo de corte para su uso en ese método.
