Abstract

Un método para la completación de pozos penetrando zonas con gradiente angosto en una formación subterránea luego de la perforación con un fluido de perforación a base de petróleo para la recuperación de hidrocarburos. El método emplea una composición de resina a base de epoxi con densidad y reología controlables que provee una baja densidad circulante equivalente y es compatible con el fluido de perforación a base de petróleo. La composición actúa como sustituto del cemento en operaciones de cementación incluyendo la adhesión de una tubería de revestimiento al pozo, aislamiento zonal y consolidación.
