Abstract

Se describe un recipiente (1) para produccion de biogás por fermentacion a partir de sustratos orgánicos, el cual comprende un agitador axial (9) , uno o varios dispositivos de entrada (2) para llenar el recipiente (1), uno o varios dispositivos de salida (3, 4) para vaciar el recipiente (1) y extraer un residuo de fermentacion, un conducto exterior (5) para alimentar una mezcla de fermentacion a una canería circular cerrada (7) con varias salidas (8) para rociar sobre la superficie (14) de la mezcla de fermentacion, proviniendo la mezcla de fermentacion rociada opcionalmente de la mitad inferior del recipiente (1), un dispositivo extractor (11) del biogás producido y un aparato controlador (10) de la temperatura de la mezcla de fermentacion; un procedimiento de produccion de biogás por fermentacion a partir de un sustrato orgánico, un procedimiento para suprimir la formacion de espuma durante la produccion de biogás por fermentacion, y un procedimiento para la conversion mejorada de aceites y grasas en sustratos orgánicos durante la produccion de biogás por fermentacion, los cuales pueden ser llevados a cabo en un recipiente (1).
