Abstract
Una técnica de estimacion objetiva de calidad de video. La técnica puede basarse en un modelo de flujo de bits de video, utilizando parámetros tomados de la capa de codificacion de video del flujo de bits para estimar la calidad del video. La técnica puede implementarse como un método, un programa informático, un producto de programa informático, un dispositivo, o cualquiera de un nodo de servidor, un terminal de cliente y un nodo de red que comprende el dispositivo.
