Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un método para disminuir la inmunogenicidad de dominios de anticuerpo variables que comprenden una cadena liviana variable y/o una cadena pesada variable que comprende el paso de sustituir uno o más residuos de aminoácidos de la cadena liviana variable y/o la cadena pesada variable, dicho residuo se encuentra presente en la interfaz entre la cadena variable y la cadena constante de un anticuerpo de longitud total correspondiente.
