Abstract
La presente provee composiciones farmacéuticas del compuesto de la formula (1) o una de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, que son apropiadas para la produccion a granel de una forma de dosificacion farmacéutica oral; procesos para la produccion de dicha forma de dosificacion farmacéutica oral; y el uso de la composicion farmacéutica para el tratamiento de pacientes que padecen o son objeto de enfermedades, trastornos o condiciones patologicas que incluyen la supervivencia, proliferacion y migracion celular, incluyendo trastornos proliferativos inflamatorios cronicos, trastornos oculares proliferativos, trastornos proliferativos benignos y cáncer. Reivindicacion 1: Una composicion farmacéutica que comprende un compuesto de la formula (1), o una de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, al menos un solvente, al menos un buffer y opcionalmente uno o varios excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables seleccionados, de modo independiente, del grupo que consiste en conservantes y tensioactivos. Reivindicacion 2: La composicion farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, que comprende también un agente enmascarador del sabor. Reivindicacion 3: La composicion farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, en donde la composicion farmacéutica comprende, de aproximadamente el 0,05% en p/p a aproximadamente el 5% en p/p del compuesto de la formula (1) o una de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, de aproximadamente el 50% en p/p a aproximadamente el 99,2% en p/p de solvente, de aproximadamente el 0,01% en p/p a aproximadamente el 30% en p/p de buffer, no más de aproximadamente el 5% en p/p de conservante y no más de aproximadamente el 5% de tensioactivo. Reivindicacion 7: La composicion farmacéutica de de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, en donde la composicion farmacéutica es una forma de dosificacion farmacéutica oral líquida. Reivindicacion 8: La composicion farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 7, en donde la forma de dosificacion está destinada a la dosificacion pediátrica. Reivindicacion 9: La composicion farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 o 2, en donde la sal de la formula (1) es una sal sodica de la formula (2), o una de sus formas cristalinas. Reivindicacion 14: La composicion farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 o 2, en donde el solvente está presente en una cantidad de aproximadamente el 65% en p/p a aproximadamente el 99% en p/p. Reivindicacion 15: La composicion farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 o 2, en donde el solvente está seleccionado del grupo que consiste en propilenglicol, glicerina, PEG400, PEG3350, agua purificada y mezclas de ellos. Reivindicacion 19: La composicion farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 o 2, en donde el buffer está seleccionado del grupo que consiste en bicarbonato de sodio, fosfato monosodico, fosfato disodico, fosfato monopotásico, fosfato dipotásico, bicarbonato de potasio, carbonato de sodio y carbonato de potasio y mezclas de ellos. Reivindicacion 25: La composicion farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, en donde el tensioactivo, cuando está presente, está seleccionado del grupo que consiste en laurilsulfato de sodio, dodecilsulfato de sodio, polisorbatos, poloxámeros, glicerilmonooleato y mezclas de ellos. Reivindicacion 27: La composicion farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 2, en donde el agente enmascarador del sabor está presente en una cantidad de aproximadamente el 5% en p/p a aproximadamente el 60% en p/p. Reivindicacion 28: La composicion farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 2, en donde el agente enmascarador del sabor está seleccionado del grupo que consiste en sorbitol, maltitol, sacarosa, acesulfame de potasio y mezclas de ellos. Reivindicacion 34: Un método para el tratamiento de cáncer, que comprende la administracion de una cantidad terapéuticamente efectiva de la composicion farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1. Reivindicacion 35: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 34, en donde el cáncer está seleccionado del grupo que consiste en cáncer colorrectal, cáncer ovárico, cáncer de mama, cáncer gástrico, cáncer de prostata, cáncer de páncreas, neuroblastoma y ALL.
