SE REFIERE A UNA COMPOSICION FARMACEUTICA QUE COMPRENDE: A) UNA SUSTANCIA HIDROFOBICA TERAPEUTICAMENTE ACTIVA TAL COMO DOXORRUBICINA, ANFOTERICINA B, ENTRE OTROS, Y B) UN COMPUESTO EN FORMA DE MICELAS SELECCIONADO ENTRE SIALOGLICOESFINGOLIPIDOS Y UNA MEZCLA DE SIALOGLICOESFINGOLIPIDOS Y GLICOESFINGOLIPIDOS TAL COMO GANGLIOSIDOS, QUE FORMAN UN COMPLEJO CON UNA PROTEINA PLASMATICA TAL COMO ALBUMINA.
