Abstract
Procedimiento de regulacion de un horno de coccion de ánodos de carbon integrado por: tabiques huecos longitudinales en cada uno de los cuales puede circular un flujo de gases calientes de coccion, los tabiques huecos definen entre sí mismos alvéolos para alojar ánodos que se han de cocer, y un sistema de calentamiento rotativo con respecto a los tabiques huecos que comprende una rampa antepuesta de soplado de aire en los distintos tabiques, una rampa pospuesta de aspiracion de gases a partir de los distintos tabiques y por lo menos una rampa de calentamiento. Este procedimiento comprende una fase de precalentamiento natural de los tabiques y ánodos que liberan materias volátiles combustibles que se queman en los tabiques huecos en un frente de desgasificacion en una zona de precalentamiento natural del horno pospuesta a la rampa de calentamiento. Segun la solicitud, se modifican los flujos de gases que circulan por los tabiques huecos para controlar los flujos de gases (30, 31) que atraviesan una primera zona de precalentamiento natural a partir de los flujos de gases (31) que salen de una segunda zona de precalentamiento natural (Z2), para controlar la posicion del frente de desgasificacion.
