Abstract
Los compuestos de la formula (1) poseen utilidad como inhibidores de matriptasa y son utiles en el tratamiento de condiciones dependientes de matriptasa, en particular cáncer. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de la formula (1) caracterizado porque: P1 y P2 son, independientemente un enlace o alquilo C1-3; A es CH o N; B es CH o N; R1 es hidrogeno, amino, -NH-SO2-R6, -NR4-CO-ZR9R13, -CO-NR7R8, -CO-O-ZR9R13, -CO-NR4-ZR9R13 o un grupo de la formula (2) en donde la porcion del anillo en la formula (2) es un anillo saturado, parcialmente saturado o aromático de 5-12 miembros que puede ser monocíclico o bicíclico, y que puede contener 1-3 heteroátomos adicionales seleccionados de N, O, S o combinaciones de los mismos; R3 es -C(NR17)NH2, o en caso de que A es CH, R3 también puede ser aminoC1-7alquilo; R10, R14 y R15 son independientemente hidrogeno, halogeno, halogenoC1-7alquilo, o -C(NR17)NH2; Q es hidrogeno o halogeno, con la condicion de que R1 y Q no sean simultáneamente hidrogeno; R4 es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-7; R6 es ZR9R13; Z es un anillo saturado, parcialmente saturado o aromático de 5-12 miembros que puede ser monocíclico o bicíclico, y que puede contener 1-3 heteroátomos seleccionados de N, O, S o combinaciones de los mismos; R9 y R13 son independientemente, hidrogeno, halogeno, hidroxi, carboxi, alquilo C1-7, carboxiC1-7alquilo, hidroxiC1-7alquilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-7, RANH2 o -CORBNH2; RA y RB es un enlace o alquilo C1-7; R7 y R8 son, independientemente, hidrogeno, aminoC1-7alquilo, carboxiC1-7alquil, o en caso que A sea CH, R7 y R8, independientemente, también pueden ser alquilo C1-7, con la condicion de que R7 y R8 no sean simultáneamente hidrogeno; R2 es alquilo C1-7, aminoC1-7alquilo, carboxiC1-7alquilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-7-alquilo C1-7, alquilamino C1-7, carboxiC1-7alquilamino, RDC(NR17)NH2, o un grupo de la formula (3) y = 0-2; RD es un enlace o alquilo C1-7; G es CH o N; R11 es hidrogeno, halogeno, amino, carboxi, aminoC1-7alquil, alcoxicarbonilo C1-7, halogenoC1-7alcoxi, -C(NR17)NH2, NHCORGNH2, RJNHCOORU o -CONR19R20; RG es alquilo C1-7; RJ es un enlace o alquilo C1-7; RU es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-7; R12 y R16 son, independientemente, hidrogeno, halogeno o alquilo C1-7; o R12 y R16 forman, junto con los átomos de carbono a los cuales están unidos, un anillo saturado, parcialmente saturado o aromático de 5 o 6 miembros que pueden contener 1-3 heteroátomos seleccionados de N, O, S o combinaciones de los mismos, el anillo puede estar sustituido; R17 es hidrogeno, -OH, alcoxi C1-7, -O(CO)OR18 o -(CO)OR18; R18 es el alquilo C1-7; R19 y R20 son independientemente hidrogeno, alquilo C1-7 o alcoxi C1-7; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable o éster de la misma.
