Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para el recubrimiento sin corriente de superficies de objetos y/o partículas con una multiplicidad de partículas inorgánicas insolubles en agua y/o partículas orgánicas insolubles en agua, con la formacion de una capa sustancialmente resistente al enjuague con alta densidad de partículas, en el cual las partículas se aplican en una composicion acuosa que se puede estabilizar o es estable en forma de una dispersion, sobre las superficies a recubrir, y se aplican y mantienen sustancialmente o especialmente por fuerzas electrostáticas sobre las superficies a recubrir, en el cual las superficies a recubrir son activadas primero con un agente de activacion, formándose con el agente de activacion sobre las superficies a recubrir una capa de activacion con cargas, en donde estas cargas están cargadas y/o se cargarán en forma contraria a las cargas de las partículas de la composicion que se aplicará a continuacion, en el cual las partículas aplicadas en un paso de recubrimiento con una composicion que contiene partículas, están cargadas y/o se cargarán en forma contraria a las cargas de la capa de activacion, en donde en uno o en cada paso de recubrimiento con una composicion que contiene partículas, se forma en cada caso una capa con un espesor medio de aprox. uno o más tamanos de partículas medios de las partículas aplicadas sobre las superficies a recubrir y eventualmente la, o cada, capa de partículas es formada como una película y/o reticulada, por medio de lo cual se obtiene un espesor de capa de la, o de cada, capa de partículas de las partículas que no están formadas como películas y/o del o de los recubrimientos formados como películas y/o reticulados preparados con las mismas, en el rango de 5 nm a 50 microm.
