Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para el recubrimiento de una superficie metálica con una composicion acuosa, en el cual la composicion contiene, además de agua: a) como componente principal un formador de película orgánico de por lo menosuna resina artificial, siendo el 70 a 100% en peso del contenido de la o las resinas sintéticas en el formador de película orgánico por lo menos una resina sintética soluble en agua y/o dispersable en agua en forma de polímeros, copolímeros,copolímeros de bloques y/o copolímeros de injerto en base a resinas sintéticas seleccionadas entre el grupo compuesto por policarbonato, poliuretano, ionomero, poli(met)acrilato, poliéster, poliéter y/o poliestireno, siendo el contenido depolicarbonato y poliuretano en cada caso de por lo menos 10% en peso, b) por lo menos un alcohol de cadena larga como auxiliar de formacion de película para el formador de película orgánico, c) por lo menos un reticulante, d)por lo menos unlubricante , así como también e) A) por lo menos una sustancia en base a silano, silanol y/o siloxano y/o B) por lo menos un compuesto inorgánico en forma de partículas con un diámetro de partículas promedio medido en un microscopio electronico debarrido en el rango de 0,005 a 0,3 um de diámetro y f) eventualmente por lo menos un inhibidor de corrosion orgánico, por lo menos un solvente orgánico y/o por lo menos un aditivo, en donde la superficie metálica es puesta en contacto con lacomposicion acuosa y se forma substancialmente una película polimérica sobre la superficie metálica, con un espesor de capa en el rango de 0,01 a 10 um. La invencion se refiere además a una composicion acuosa correspondiente.
