Abstract

Un aparato de entrega de semillas tiene un elemento movil que captura y atrapa la semilla proveniente del dosificador de semilla y mueve físicamente la semilla desde el dosificador a la abertura de salida inferior. Al efectuar esto, la semilla se engancha y efectua su recorrido a lo largo de una superficie interior del aparato entregador de semillas. Un sensor de semilla está montado sobre la pared del alojamiento de modo que la semilla pasa directamente frente al sensor. El sensor tiene dispositivos emisores de luz y elementos fotosensibles sobre la misma pared del aparato de entrega, o sobre dos paredes opuestas. El elemento movil impide que la luz, el polvo y la suciedad ambiente ingresen al alojamiento impacten sobre la senal de salida del sensor.
