Abstract
Composición termoestable para componentes compuestos resistentes al fuego o intumescentes que está desprovista de cualquier aditivo halogenado y de cualquier estructura halogenada entre sus componentes y que comprende: a) por cada 100 partes en peso de una resina, que comprende: a1) un poliéster insaturado que tiene un valor ácido menor que 10 y/o a2): en éter vinílico; b) 40 a 200 partes en peso de un diluyente reactivo seleccionado entre monómeros etilénicamente insaturados; c) 20 a 110 partes en peso de un agente para la expansión por descomposición térmica, donde dicho agente se selecciona entre: melamina y derivados de melamina, guanidina, glicina, urea, triisocianuratos o azodicarbonamida; d) 0 a 250 partes en peso de aluminio trihidrato; e) 10 a 80 partes en peso de un agente que es un precursor de carbonización seleccionado entre polioles polifuncionales; f) 50 a 200 partes de un compuesto de derivados de fósforo, y/o de derivados de ácido bórico, opcionalmente g): un óxido de metal, opcionalmente h): otros aditivos y rellenos, opcionalmente i): refuerzos basados en fibras naturales o sintéticas y las correspondientes telas, donde dicho poliéster a1) se basa en un ácido con por lo menos un 60% molar de ácido/anhídrido maleico y en un poliol con por lo menos 70% de propilenglicol. Las aplicaciones de estas composiciones son en el campo del trasporte, la industria de la construcción, obras públicas, ingeniería civil y obras de esparcimiento o urbanismo, donde los componentes compuestos o revestimientos intumescentes obtenidos cumplen por lo menos con el criterio HL2 de acuerdo con el requerimiento R1 de prCEN/TS 45545-2-2008.
