Abstract
La presente proporciona un método para preparar DMF para producción de sucralosa, incluyendo, por ejemplo, aislar DMF de una composición que comprende DMF, agua, y metanol, usando un sistema de rectificación de torre sencilla. En varias modalidades de la presente, la composición, después de la remoción de agua y metanol, puede además secarse/deshidratarse, tal como, al usar un agente de deshidratación y/o filtración. El DMF substancialmente puro resultante puede comprender al menos alrededor de 98 - 99% de DMF. La presente proporciona además un método para preparar una composición que comprende sacarosa anhidra para la producción de sucralosa, que puede comprender mezclar sacarosa regular con una composición de DMF que contiene agua, y secar la composición de sacarosa-DMF resultante. También se proporciona un sistema de separación de torre sencilla para aislar DMF de una composición que comprende DMF, agua, y metanol. Reivindicación 17: Un sistema de separación de torre sencilla para aislar DMF de una composición que comprende DMF, agua, y metanol, caracterizado porque: el sistema de separación de torre sencilla comprende una entrada, una salida, una sección inferior, una sección superior, y opcionalmente, un sistema de enfriamiento, una unidad de separación, un conducto de retroalimentación, y un tanque de almacenamiento; la entrada permite la introducción de la composición que comprende DMF, agua, y metanol en la sección inferior; y la salida permite la remoción de agua, metanol, y la recuperación de DMF.
