Abstract

Se describen dispositivos para la administracion de fármacos y métodos para administrar agentes con actividad farmacologica a un tejido diana dentro de un cuerpo utilizando dichos dispositivos. Un dispositivo para la administracion de fármacos incluye un cuerpo que presenta una superficie interna para disponer proxima a un tejido diana y un pocillo que presenta una abertura hacia la superficie interna. Hay un nucleo interno dispuesto dentro del pocillo. El nucleo interno comprende un agente con actividad farmacologica y un tunel que conduce al interior del nucleo interno.
