Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un método de elaborar un alimento para el consumo humano caracterizado porque comprende: fermentar y destilar un grano para proporcionar granos secos destilados con solubles (DDGS); seleccionar de entre los DDGS aquellas partículas con un color relativamente claro para formar DDGS de alta calidad; y utilizar los DDGS de alta calidad en la formacion de un producto alimenticio; en donde el producto alimenticio presenta menos que aproximadamente un 10 % de DDGS de alta calidad en peso.
