Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un dispositivo de osteosíntesis de un hueso largo (11) de una pierna, que comprende un clavo intramedular (12, 112) inserto en una cavidad (14) formada en el canal medular del hueso (11) entre un fondo y una entrada, y que comprende un cuerpo rígido y alargado (13,113), que se extiende a lo largo de un eje (X) predeterminado entre un extremo distal (18a, 118a) que enfrenta el fondo de la cavidad (14), y un extremo proximal opuesto (18b, 118b) que enfrenta la entrada (16) de la cavidad (14). El dispositivo comprende adicionalmente una pluralidad de elemento de fijacion (15, 115) insertados en orificios transversales (17, 117) formados en una zona proximal del clavo (12, 112) y un elemento de retencion axial (20) anclado al hueso a la entrada de la cavidad (14), y que constituye un tope para el extremo proximal (18b, 118b) del clavo (12, 112).
