Abstract

Dispositivo para la fijación osteológica, con a) un clavo medular intramedular, (1) con un eje longitudinal (17) que presenta una punta distal (2) destinada a ser introducida en el espacio medular, y un extremo posterior proximal (3); y b) una placa osteológica (10) destinada a apoyarse sobre el troncánter mayor dispuesta en el extremo proximal posterior (3) del clavo medular (1); y c) el clavo medular (1) presenta en su mitad proximal (7) orientada hacia el extremo proximal posterior (3), por lo menos una perforación transversal pasante (6) para alojar un tornillo de cadera (30), y d) la placa osteológica (10) termina proximalmente por arriba de la perforación transversal (6).
