Abstract
Un proceso para hacer una mezcla de estuco alfa y beta que incluye un paso de calcinacion de la lechada para producir alfa hemihidrato de sulfato de calcio seguido de un paso de calcinacion en lecho fluidizado para producir beta hemihidrato de sulfato de calcio. El proceso comienza con una lechada que contiene 50-75% de solidos de yeso, y luego la lechada se calcina al vapor en un primer reactor para formar una lechada de yeso parcialmente calcinado que contiene sulfato de calcio dihidratado y alfa hemihidratado de sulfato de calcio. Luego se extrae el agua de la lechada parcialmente calcinada. Luego, la torta de filtrado se alimenta a un reactor para completar el proceso de calcinacion convirtiendo el sulfato de calcio dihidratado del material de la torta de filtrado en beta hemihidrato de sulfato de calcio.
