Abstract
Se describen copolímeros de etileno alfa olefina formados por contacto de por lo menos un catalizador de metaloceno soportado, etileno, y una alfa olefina en un reactor en fase de gas. En algunas realizaciones, el polímero puede tener: una densidad de entre 0,890 y 0,970 g/cc; un índice de fusion de entre 0,7 y 200 dg/min; una relacion de índice de fusion de menos de 30; un valor ESCR de más de 1000 horas; y un modulo secante al 1% de más de 75.000 psi. En otras realizaciones el polímero puede tener: una densidad de entre 0,930 g/cc y 0,970 g/cc; un índice de fusion de entre 10 dg/min y 200 dg/min; una relacion de índice de fusion de entre 10 y 25; una parte en peso de más de 3 g y una longitud de parte de más de 38 cm en un ensayo de flujo en espiral, y una viscosidad de corte cero de menos de 150 Paòs. También se describen procedimientos para producir estos polímeros.
