Abstract
Así como composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen estos compuestos. Reivindicacion 1: Compuestos de la formula 1, en los que R1 un radical seleccionado del grupo compuesto por un heterociclo saturado o parcialmente saturado de cuatro, cinco, seis o siete miembros y un compuesto heteroaromático de cinco o seis miembros, que contiene un átomo de nitrogeno y que eventualmente puede contener otro átomo seleccionado del grupo compuesto por nitrogeno, azufre y oxigeno; y R2 un radical seleccionado del grupo compuesto por un heterociclo saturado o parcialmente saturado de cinco, seis o siete miembros y un compuesto heteroaromático de cinco o seis miembros que contiene un átomo de nitrogeno y que eventualmente puede contener otro átomo seleccionado del grupo compuesto por nitrogeno, azufre y oxigeno; y en donde significan R3 NR3.1R3.2 u OR3.1, en donde R3.1 y R3.2 son cada uno, de modo independiente entre si, H o un radical seleccionado del grupo compuesto por alquilo C1-6, alcanol C1-6 mono- o polivalente, ramificado o no ramificado, halogenalquilo C1-6, alquilen C1-6s-alquilo C1-2, cicloalquilo C3-10 mono- o bicíclico, saturado o parcialmente saturado, arilo C6-10 mono- o bicíclico, heterociclo mono- o bicíclico, saturado o parcialmente saturado, de cuatro a diez miembros con 1 a 3 heteroátomos seleccionados de S, N u O, y un compuesto heteroaromático mono- o bicíclico, de cinco a diez miembros con 1 a 4 heteroátomos seleccionados de S, N u O, que eventualmente puede estar sustituido con uno o varios radicales seleccionados del grupo compuesto por OH, halogeno, alquilo C1-6, alcanol C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, COOR3.3, O-alquilo C1-6, arilo C6-10, cicloalquilo C3-10, heterociclo de cuatro a diez miembros, compuesto heteroaromático de cinco a diez miembros y O-alquil C1-4-fenilo, en donde este radical puede estar eventualmente sustituido, a su vez, con al menos un radical seleccionado del grupo compuesto por halogeno, OH, alquilo C1-3, halogenalquilo C1-3, y en donde R3.3 H, alquilo C1-6 o (alcanol C1-6), o donde R3 un heterociclo saturado o parcialmente saturado de cuatro, cinco, seis o siete miembros que contiene un átomo de nitrogeno y eventualmente puede contener uno o dos otros átomos seleccionados del grupo compuesto por nitrogeno, azufre y oxígeno y que eventualmente puede estar sustituido con uno o varios radicales seleccionados del grupo compuesto por OH, halogeno, alquilo C1-6, alcanol C1-6, alquilen C1-4-O- alquilo C1-3, arilo C6-10, cicloalquilo C3-10, heteroarilo de cinco a diez miembros, heterociclo de cuatro a diez miembros que contiene un átomo de nitrogeno y eventualmente 1 o 2 heteroátomos más seleccionados de N, S u O, alquilen C1-2-heteroarilo C5-10 y alquilen C1-2-heterociclo C4-10 que contiene un átomo de nitrogeno y eventualmente 1 o 2 heteroátomos más seleccionados de N, S u O, que, a su vez, puede estar eventualmente sustituido con uno o varios radicales seleccionados del grupo compuesto por metilo, etilo, O-metilo, CI, F y OH, o donde significan R3 un heterociclo saturado o parcialmente saturado, bi- o policíclico, de siete, ocho, nueve o diez miembros que contiene un átomo de nitrogeno y que eventualmente puede contener uno, dos o tres átomos más seleccionados del grupo compuesto por nitrogeno, azufre y oxigeno y que eventualmente puede estar sustituido con uno o varios radicales seleccionados del grupo compuesto por OH, (halogeno), alquilo C1-6, alcanol C1-6, alquil C1-4-O-alquilo C1-3, arilo C6-10, cicloalquilo C3-10, heteroarilo de cinco a diez miembros, heterociclo de cuatro a diez miembros, alquilen C1-2-heteroarilo C5-10 y alquilen C1-2-heterociclo C4-10, que, a su vez, puede estar eventualmente sustituido con uno o varios radicales seleccionados del grupo compuesto por metilo, etilo, O-metilo, CI, F y OH, así como sus sales, diastereomeros, enantiomeros, racematos, hidratos o solvatos farmacologicamente tolerables.
