Abstract
Compuesto antibacterianos y composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen el compuesto como un ingrediente activo. El compuesto puede usarse como medicamento para el tratamiento y prevencion de enfermedades causadas por infecciones bacterianas. El mismo incluye todas las formas estereoisoméricas y todas las formas tautoméricas del compuesto PM181104 y las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables y los derivados como por ejemplo los ésteres y éteres de los mismos. Reivindicacion 1: Compuestos nuevos de la formula 1; en donde R = H, alquilo, alquilcarbonilo, (HO)2PO-, alquilo-OPO(OH)-, (alquilo-O)2PO-, cicloalquilo, cicloalquilcarbonilo, arilo, arilcarbonilo, heterociclilo y carbonil heterociclilo; o un estereoisomero o un tautomero o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable, de los mismos.
