Se describen aparato, sistemas y métodos para la eliminacion de los contaminantes en el agua. En especial, se describen aparato, sistema y métodos para el tratamiento del agua potable, para la eliminacion de los contaminantes oxidados, mediante la utilizacion de filamentos huecos de poliéster para sostener una biopelícula.
