Abstract

"Equipo y Sistema de Filtrado Compacto y Móvil Para Potabilización del Agua Contaminada", equipo (1) del tipo perteneciente al campo de los aparatos y sistemas que tratan, desinfectan y potabilizan el agua contaminada, empleado como estación de tratamiento de agua; el equipo (1) comprende de un módulo termo-acústico (2), modular y móvil, posible de contener múltiples filtros de agua dispuestos en serie y comunicados entre sí por medio de tubería en circuito cerrado, componiendo un sistema (S) de filtrado y purificación de agua contaminada (AP) que realiza un curso único (F1) para tratar el agua (AP) que se introduce al equipo (1) y, cuando exista la necesidad, realiza un curso único (F2) de retorno del agua tratada para retrolavado de los filtros; el equipo (1) incluye un generador de energía (3) posible de generar energía eléctrica para accionamiento de la bomba de agua (4), cuya manguera de captación de agua contaminada (T1) debe mantenerse sumergida en el agua contaminada (AP) del río, laguna u otro lugar, y de un panel (PLC) que controla la automatización del sistema (S) de filtrado y purificación del agua, el cual es realizado de forma mecánica por un conjunto de filtros compuestos así: (i) Conjunto de filtros primarios (5); (ii) Prefiltro (6) o filtro de abastecimiento, equipado con sensor de alerta de obstrucción (S1) y manivela (M) para ayuda de la limpieza manual; (iii) Conjunto de filtros de membrana (7); (iv) Filtro de carbón activado y eolitos (8); (v) Sistema de adición de cloro (9); (vi) Lámpara UV (10); al final del filtrado, segundo curso (FI), el agua potable es almacenada en un tanque de servicio (11), el cual mantiene el agua para uso o para retro lavado.
