Abstract

Un método relacionado con el lavado de la pulpa en una fábrica de pulpa, que comprende al menos un proceso de digestion alcalina donde se utiliza el licor de digestion para producir pulpa, un tratamiento del lavado de pulpa marron que tiene un ciclo líquido esencialmente cerrado y cuyo ultimo aparato de lavado es un aparato de lavado basado en el prensado de la pulpa, una prensa o una prensa de lavado, una planta de blanqueo donde se usa un blanqueo ECF y donde se forman efluentes que contienen cloruro, una planta de recuperacion química, y el tratamiento del efluente. El objetivo de la presente es proporcionar un método para usar los flujos líquidos generados en la fábrica de pulpa con un fin ventajoso, para reciclarlos de forma eficiente sin alterar el proceso principal y minimizar los efluentes de la fábrica de pulpa. Una característica propia de la presente es que se introduce agua de desecho purificada en una cantidad de al menos 1 m3/adt de pulpa en la dilucion posterior a la prensa o la prensa de lavado, donde el agua de desecho fluye desde la dilucion hasta la primera etapa del proceso de blanqueo.
