Abstract
La presente se refiere a una herramienta o un objeto que porta un recubrimiento. A fin de aumentar la vida util de una herramienta en un procesamiento con desprendimiento de viruta de metales p. ej, durante un desprendimiento de viruta de aleacionesde titanio, aleaciones sobre la base de níquel o aceros austeníticos, se previo segun la presente, formar el cuerpo de la herramienta de una aleacion de hierro-cobalto-molibdeno/ wolframio-nitrogeno templable por precipitacion y proveer a este de unrecubrimiento que presenta una estructura cristalina monofásica, empleando el proceso PVD o CVD. Reivindicacion 2: Herramienta u objeto de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado porque el cuerpo se compone de una aleacion, que contiene en% en peso: cobalto (Co) 15,0 a 30,0; molibdeno (Mo) hasta 20,0; wolframio (W) hasta 25,0, molibdeno + 0,5 wolframio Mo+W/2 10,0 hasta 0,12 hierro (Fe) e impurezas debidas al procesamiento en forma residual. Reivindicacion 10: Herramienta u objetode acuerdo con la reivindicacion 9, caracterizado porque al menos una capa del recubrimiento tiene una composicion (? Mex Aly) N, donde el respectivo numero estequiométrico en el conjunto de átomos es de X 0,25 a 0,50, de preferencia 0,28 a 0,35 y Y0,50 a 0,75, de preferencia 0,65 a 0,72 y ? Me comprende como mínimo un elemento de los grupos 4, 5 así como 6 del sistema periodico. Reivindicacion 11: Herramienta u objeto de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 9 o 10, caracterizado porque al menos lacapa del recubrimiento más proxima al sustrato se formo sobre la base de (Crx Aly) N con el respectivo numero estequiométrico en el conjunto de átomos de X hasta 0,3 y Y hasta 0,7 o (Tix Aly) N con el respectivo numero estequiométrico en el conjuntode átomos de X hasta 0,33; e Y hasta 0,67.
