Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de la formula (1) caracterizado porque R1 es metilo y R2 es hidrogeno; R3 es a) un anillo heterocíclico de 5 o 6 miembros que es aromático, saturado o parcialmente saturado, dicho anillo heterocíclico contiene 1, 2, o3 heteroátomos seleccionados del grupo formado por O, S, o N, dicho anillo heterocíclico opcionalmente sustituido por un grupo alquilo C1-3, alquenilo C2-3 o un grupo oxo; o b) un compuesto de formula (2) caracterizado porque X es O o S; R11 eshidrogeno, alquilo C1-4 o cicloalquilo o fenilo, y R12 es alquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo, fenilo, o alcoxi C1-3, o R11 y R12 juntos con el átomo de nitrogeno al cual están unidos forman un grupo imidazolio o morfolinilo, o c) un compuesto de formula (3)caracterizado porque R13 es alquilo C1-4 o fenilo; R4, R5, R6, R7 y R8 son cada una independientemente H, halogeno, alquilo C1-3, nitro, NR15R16 caracterizado porque R15 y R16 pueden independientemente ser H, alquilo C1-3, acil C2-5, alcoxicarboniloC2-5, aminocarbonilo, o alquiloaminocarbonilo C1-5; y R9 y R10 son cada uno independientemente alcoxi C1-3; o un estereoisomero o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo.
