Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Compuesto de la formula (1) en donde R1 está seleccionado del grupo que consiste de hidrogeno y hidroxi; R11 es hidrogeno; o R1 y R11 se combinan para formar un grupo oxo; R2 está seleccionado del grupo que consiste de hidrogeno y alquilo C1-3; R3 está seleccionado del grupo que consiste de hidrogeno y alquilo C1-3; R4 está seleccionado del grupo que consiste de hidrogeno, halogeno, alcoxi C1-3, nitro y amino; R5 está seleccionado del grupo que consiste de hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-3, hidroxi, alcoxi C1-3, nitro, amino, -NH-C(O)-alquilo C1-2, -NH-C(O)-NH2 y un grupo metoxi sustituido con 2 o 3 átomos de fluor; o R4 y R5 se combinan para formar un grupo seleccionado de -O-CH2-O-, -O-CH2-CH2- y -CH2-CH2-O-; R6 está seleccionado del grupo que consiste de hidrogeno y halogeno; R7 está seleccionado del grupo que consiste de hidrogeno y halogeno; R8 está seleccionado del grupo que consiste de hidrogeno y halogeno; con la condicion de que el compuesto 6- bencil-3,3-dimetil-2,3,4,7-tetrahidro-indolo[2,3-c]quinolin-1-ona está desreivindicado; una sal de los mismos, un N-oxido del compuesto o la sal del mismo o un estereoisomero del compuesto, la sal, el N-oxido del compuesto o el N-oxido de la sal del mismo.
