Abstract
Se describe conservante alimenticio y un método para conservar una composicion alimenticia. El conservante alimenticio tiene un componente que afecta la permeabilidad de la membrana celular de la bacteria y los patogenos degradantes y otro componente que la penetra con el fin de matar o inhibir el crecimiento de dichos organismos.
