Abstract

La presente se refiere a una lámpara (80) que utiliza un diodo emisor de luz (LED) (30) como fuente de luz. La lámpara incluye un armazon (12), un portador de LED (31) montado sobre el armazon para sostener el LED. Un reflector primario (34), que tiene una superficie reflectante primaria (36) para reflejar al menos una porcion de luz emitida por el LED, está montado sobre el armazon, que está localizado en una trayectoria a lo largo de la cual la luz es emitida por el LED. Un reflector secundario (26) está además montado sobre el armazon, estando localizado con relacion al reflector primario de modo que la luz reflejada por el reflector primario se refleja sobre el reflector secundario. El reflector secundario tiene al menos una superficie reflectante secundaria (28) la cual está dimensionada para reflejar la luz reflejada sobre la misma en sentido directo de la lámpara y para enfocar dicha luz dentro de un haz sustancialmente enfocado.
