Abstract
Composiciones y métodos para regular la expresion de secuencias de nucleotidos heterologas de una planta. Las composiciones incluyen una nueva secuencia de nucleotidos para un promotor con preferencia por las raíces del gen que codifica Cr1Bio. Se proporciona un método para expresar una secuencia d nucleotidos heterologa en una planta, usando las secuencias promotoras descriptas en la presente. El método comprende incorporar en forma estable una secuencia de nucleotidos, unida operativamente al promotor con preferencia por las raíces de la presente en el genoma de una célula vegetal, y generar una planta transformada en forma estable que expresa la secuencia de nucleotidos.
