Abstract
Una composición para beber para el cuidado de la piel que comprende un agente de fotoprotección provisto de una mezcla de antioxidantes biológicos que comprende sólidos de té verde, tocoferoles, tocotrienoles, carotenoides y/o vitamina C y un agente para la nutrición cutánea que comprende al menos un ácido rico en enlaces no saturados y/o un agente para mejorar la síntesis de colágeno que contiene glicina, prolina, hidroxiprolina y/o arginina.
