Abstract

Un método para la disrupcion de células o tejidos emplea un disruptor con un elemento de disrupcion que presenta una dimension externa que es ligeramente menor que la dimension interna de un recipiente en el cual se coloca la muestra que se ha de someter a disrupcion. También se presentan dispositivos para la disrupcion de células y/o tejidos. El dispositivo y los métodos se utilizan en procesos tales como la extraccion de ácidos nucleicos. Reivindicacion 1: Un dispositivo que comprende un disruptor de células o tejidos que tiene un elemento de disrupcion para usar conjuntamente con un recipiente para muestras, donde el elemento de disrupcion tiene una dimension externa ligeramente menor que la dimension interna del recipiente.
