Abstract

La presente consiste en un aglutinante universal con base en ceniza volante Clase F desarrollado como una formulacion simple, multiproposito, de bajo costo, no danina para el ambiente y segura para un aglutinante y sus procesos relacionados, con base en altos volumenes de residuos de ceniza volante clase F alcalina activada (>60%) sin cemento Portland ordinario y productos relacionados, con un amplio rango de aplicaciones. Más específicamente, el aglutinante universal se basa en un numero limitado de componentes (ceniza volante clase F, escoria de alto horno y una mezcla de silicatos y carbonatos alcalinos). El aglutinante permite desarrollar una considerable resistencia en una etapa temprana (a temperatura ambiente) y muy altas resistencias a los 28 días. El aglutinante aplica a pastas, morteros, concretos y prefraguado con la misma flexibilidad que el Cemento Portland Ordinario. Reivindicacion 1: Un aglutinante cementicio fabricado con ceniza volante, escoria de alto horno y un activador químico caracterizado por incluir entre 60% a 85% en peso de ceniza volante con menos de 8% en peso de CaO; entre 8% a 28% en peso de escoria de alto horno; y un activador químico que contiene: entre 1% a 4% en peso de silicatos alcalinos; y entre 7% a 11% en peso de carbonatos alcalinos.
