Abstract

Se describe un procedimiento para la preparacion de 8-fluoro-naftalen-1-ilamina que comprende hacer reaccionar 1H-nafto[1,8-de][1,2,3]triazina con fluoruro de hidrogeno o un complejo de fluoruro de hidrogeno y una base n-donadora. Se indica también un procedimiento para uso de 8-fluoro-naftalen-1-ilamina producido como se describio anteriormente en la preparacion de 1-(8-fluoro-naftalen-1-il)-piperazina, que se puede usar como un intermediario en la produccion de 7-{4-[4-(8-fluoro-naftalen-1- il)-piperazin.-1-il]-butoxi}-3,4-dihidro-1H-[1,8]naftiridin-2-ona, un agonista parcial de D2 indicado para posible uso en el tratamiento de esquizofrenia.A process for the preparation of 8-fluoro-naphthalen-1-ylamine is described which comprises reacting 1H-naphtho [1,8-de] [1,2,3] triazine with hydrogen fluoride or a hydrogen fluoride complex and an n-donor base.
